COMMUNITY GRANTS

Grants Worth $38,300 Have Been Awarded

Ukiah Natural Foods reserved a portion of 2007 store profits to award to local nonprofit organizations. Applications were accepted for a wide variety of programs in homeless services, nutrition, health and environmental education. The Donations and Grants Committe of the Co-op's Board of Directors reviewed all of the applications. The table below shows how they allocated the funds.

Congratulations, and our thanks, to all of these excellent community organizations.
